Licensed Acupuncturist (W-2 Employee) – Orlando, FL
We are seeking a licensed, dependable, and drama-free acupuncturist to join our growing wellness clinic in Orlando, Florida. This is a W-2 employee position — not a contract role.

About the Position:
This is an opportunity for someone who truly cares about patients and wants to be part of a collaborative and respectful healing environment. We are not looking for perfection in knowledge — training is available. What matters most is your reliability, integrity, and positive attitude.

Requirements:
– Valid Florida acupuncture license
– Active malpractice insurance
– Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
– Open to feedback, no gossip, no drama
– No scrolling on the phone between patients
– No politics — we are here to heal, not debate
– Able to follow procedures and communicate clearly with the clinic owner
– Must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently

We are NOT looking for:
– Frequent last-minute call-outs without explanation
– No-shows or ghosting
– Gossipers or energy-drainers
– People trying to “run their own show” — this is a team environment
– Those who are not ready to commit to a professional workplace

Compensation:
This is a W-2 employee position.
Your estimated compensation per patient: approximately $50–$60 per case.
(That means the more patients you treat per day, the more you earn. You can schedule 2 patients per hour if you like)
– There is no base pay if no patients are scheduled.
– We do our best to consolidate patient appointments into time blocks, so you’re not stuck waiting around with long gaps between sessions.
– Your genuine care, presence, and customer service make a difference. Patients return to practitioners they trust — and that means more follow-ups, more bookings, and more income.
– This position is best for someone who is motivated, present, and professional — not for someone looking to pass time scrolling on their phone.
